We made these cute gingerbread friends this year.  I had to make eggless, dairy free, ginger free gingerbread, but it worked!

    3 cute kids (with great names I might add). Now the trick is to make butter cookies without butter, pecan pie without pecans and coconut cake with coconut. But I for one believe in you. Go for it!
